New online banking, new mobile banking app, and new debits cards are coming soon to legacy Trinity Bank customers.

Our commitment is to provide you with the best banking experience possible by offering exceptional service and the very latest in banking technology. To enhance your experience, we will upgrade our legacy Trinity Bank offices to a new and improved River Bank & Trust operating system on the weekend of Friday, March 27th. This will bring a new and improved online banking and mobile app experience, enhanced bank statements, and a new Visa debit card.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:

NEW DEBIT CARDS

  • New River Bank & Trust Visa debit cards will replace existing Trinity Bank Mastercard debit cards.
  • The new cards will be mailed out on or around March 11th, and your new PIN number will arrive separately in the mail 3 to 5 days later.
  • Your new card will be automatically activated and ready to use on Monday, March 30th. Your existing Trinity Bank debit card will be deactivated on Monday, March 30th.
  • Please notify any merchants who automatically bill your existing Trintiy Bank debit card to provide them with your new River Bank & Trust debit card number.
  • NEW ONLINE BANKING & MOBILE APP

  • Online and Mobile Banking will be unavailable from 12:00 PM on Friday, March 27th through approximately 12:00 PM on Tuesday, March 31st.
  • On Tuesday, March 31st, please complete your initial online banking login – Full Instructions | Condensed Instructions
  • On Tuesday, March 31st, please download the River Bank & Trust app and delete the Trinity Bank app from your device. You may also complete your initial online banking log in on the new app. Select your device – Apple | Android
